Once your order has been processed within my 12 business days frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact the shipping carrier so they can best serve you. If there is damage to your products packaging, please contact the shipping carrier that your product was shipped with BEFORE contacting me.
